COMMUNITY SAFETY

Community Guidelines

These rules apply to every post, comment, ticker tag, and display name so investors can exchange evidence-based views safely.

Effective
September 6, 2026
Applies to
Intelivestors mobile-app community

1. Prohibited content and conduct

The following content and conduct are not allowed:

  • Illegal content or instructions, promotion, or transactions involving illegal activity
  • Hate or discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic
  • Threats, harassment, coordinated abuse, stalking, or encouragement of violence
  • Explicit sexual, non-consensual sexual, or sexually exploitative content
  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse content, or conduct that endangers minors
  • Repeated advertising, irrelevant promotion, automated flooding, phishing, or malicious links
  • Impersonating another person, company, institution, or moderator, or misrepresenting an affiliation
  • Exposing anyone's email, phone number, address, credentials, or other personal information
  • Guaranteed-return claims, pump-and-dump schemes, inducement to trade on inside information, investment fraud, or market manipulation

2. Standards for investment discussion

Identify sources and dates when practical, distinguish verified facts from personal views, and disclose relevant interests. Do not make guaranteed-return claims or use certainty to induce another person into a potentially harmful trade.

3. Reporting and blocking

Use the report control on a post or comment to request moderator review. Blocking an author hides that author's content from your signed-in feed. For urgent issues or when in-app reporting is not available, use the support page. New reports enter the durable owner review queue and trigger a content-free notification. We target an initial review within 24 hours and prioritize urgent safety risks. Never send a password or verification code.

4. Review, removal, and enforcement

Moderators may consider the report, context, repetition, and risk of harm. Violating content may be hidden or removed. Accounts may receive a warning, feature restriction, suspension, or termination. For serious illegal or safety risks, Intelivestors may cooperate with authorities as required by applicable law and valid process.

5. Changes to these guidelines

The effective date and content may be updated when features or safety standards change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
